May 2009Direct IP Chile reaches a milestone; 20 customers signed up, over 40 sip Channels. Several agreements are signed with LK Technologies, GTD and Entel to provide specialized equipment, fiber optic connections and different alternate / backup routes for failover situations. Direct IP is signed as the exclusive distributor for the 3PBX line of IP-PBXs currently manufactured in Miami, USA, by 3 Atlantic Systems.
March 2009Direct IP Chile begins operations. After a succesful trip by 3 Atlantic Systems founder, Andres Loi, meetings between DirectMedia's board David Rozowski and Jose Miguel Sanchez, initial equipment comprising SIP proxies, E1/PRI connections, SIP channel agreement with GTD and other important milestones, the company started servicing its first 5 customers during March of 2009.
November 20083 Atlantic Systems announces the founding of company Direct IP in Santiago, Chile. The company will replicate 3 Voice Systems' business model in an effort to offer localized VoIP services in the region, Chile being a stable and active economic hub for launching a platform with service aims towards Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Uruguay. Partners DirectMedia will host all solutions in their offices in Las Condes, Santiago.
April 20063 Voice Systems signs agreement with leading Merchant Services Provider in order to accept online credit card payments and bring better service to its customers. Webmasters worked around the clock during the month of April to bring the entire site to an SSL status, designing secure procedures, reinforcing firewalls and web pages to provide a secure e-Commerce environment.
